Orders ship within one business day of cleared payment. Orders placed on a live show ship the next business day after the show ends, and multiple wins are combined into a single shipment wherever the platform allows it.

Every raw card goes into a penny sleeve, then a rigid toploader or card saver, then a team bag. Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and boxed. Everything ships in a rigid mailer or a box — never a bare envelope.

Orders over $50 ship with tracking and are packaged in a box. Higher-value orders ship insured, and orders over $500 require signature confirmation.

United States, via USPS or UPS. We don't ship internationally from this site at the moment — international buyers should reach us through a live show or by email.

If a card arrives and it isn't what the listing said it was, you have 7 days from delivery to email us for a full refund including the original shipping. Send it back in the same protection it arrived in; once it's in hand and undamaged, we refund.

Return shipping is on us when the description was wrong on our end. It's on the buyer for a change of mind, and change-of-mind returns are refunded less shipping.

Graded slabs are sold as the grading company graded them and are not returnable for grade opinion — only for a wrong card, a wrong cert, or transit damage.

Live-show purchases follow the platform's own buyer-protection rules, which take precedence over anything on this page.

Photograph the package and the card before you unpack it any further, then email us within 48 hours of delivery. Insured shipments get refunded or replaced; either way you aren't left holding a damaged card.
